Your contribution keeps Alluvium beautiful ❤️
Being an Alluvium board member can be a rewarding experience. It’s an opportunity to make a positive difference in our community and to help ensure that our neighborhood is well-managed and common areas are well-maintained. Some expectations of our Alluvium Association Members are to:
• Be a good neighbor and set a positive example for the community.
• Represent the Alluvium Association to fellow homeowners and the community at large.
• Promote involvement by encouraging homeowners to attend meetings, participate in association sponsored events, and get to know their neighbors.
• Extend an invitation for homeowners to share their ideas and concerns with us at meetings, via email, or our online forum.
• Make decisions that are in the best interests of all homeowners. This means acting fairly/avoiding conflicts of interest in repairs, renovations, and other matters that affect our community.
• Protect the common areas by ensuring they are clean, safe, well-maintained, and swiftly report any issues to the board.
• Portray the association’s best interests by attending meetings, serving on a committee(s), participating in Alluvium events, getting to know our residents, and paying annual dues. We ALL lead by example.
These individuals participate in a hands on capacity and can answer any questions you may have, point you in the right direction, and help you to get involved as well.
